Milab has built the "Asking the Moon · Searching for Ice" public art installation for the outdoor plaza of Beijing Planetarium
The "Moon·Seeking Ice" art installation "Lunar South Pole Resource Station" located in the outdoor plaza of the Beijing Planetarium was designed and produced by members of the Milab team. One set of installations decomposes sunlight, making abstract light visible; the other uses rising bubbles to demonstrate the scientific process of "water ice to oxygen". The water ice resources at the lunar south pole are precisely the core target that Chang'e-7 will explore. Visiting the exhibition and checking in allows visitors to understand in advance the key propositions of future lunar exploration.
